Payment Policy

1. Accepted payments

Once enabled, the website may accept payments through authorised methods offered by our payment partner, which may include UPI, cards, net banking and supported wallets. Available methods will be shown at checkout.

2. Fees and confirmation

All applicable class, event or programme fees will be displayed in Indian Rupees before payment. A registration is confirmed only after successful payment and receipt of confirmation from Sukhandaan Foundation.

3. Failed or pending transactions

If money is debited but confirmation is not received, please wait for the banking network to update and contact us with the transaction date, amount and reference number. Duplicate or failed-transaction reversals are normally handled by the payment provider or bank.

4. Payment security

Payment credentials will be entered on secure systems operated by the authorised gateway. Sukhandaan Foundation does not intend to store complete card, bank-account or UPI credentials.

5. Receipts and taxes

A receipt or acknowledgement will be issued when applicable. Any statutory taxes or charges will be disclosed before completion of payment.

6. Donations

Donation facilities will be introduced only after the necessary payment and compliance arrangements are completed. Tax exemption, if applicable, will be stated explicitly rather than assumed.
